Magdalene’s second full-length The Dying Process was released in 2023 through Seattle label Modern Grievance, who have promoted bands like Rank and Vile, Nurser, City of Industry, and Self Deprecator.

Magdalene produce a unique blend of aggressive hardcore and haunting black metal. They strive for deep originality in their compositions and extremity in their live acts.

After three years and two beautifully polished full-lengths, Magdalene have developed a stalwart fanbase in the Pacific Northwest, and continue to hone their sound on their genre-breaking path.
